In autumn typically there is a seasonal peak in the Real Estate market among both sellers and buyers. Committed buyers return to the market once the ‘back-to-school’ routines settle. They have the intention of making a move before the holiday season. Sellers experience accelerated results compared to the dog days of August and late summer.
That’s not the only reason I love fall! This time of year seems to offer fresh new starts and opportunities. it’s also sweater weather and everything pumpkin season.
